INQUIRY
Description
Designed to slip easily into the bed of a pick-up truck, Aistar® Slip-On Volumetric Calibration Unit can speed the job of calibrating multiple fuel dispensing units, while at the same time, enhancing safety. The unit consists of three 5 gallon or 20 liter NIST compliant bottom drain provers individually plumbed to 80 gallon stainless steel transfer tanks. The 80 gallon configuration allows for up to 48 calibration tests before returning to the fuel station's storage tank for dumping.

Benefits
  • Dramatically boosts the productivity of calibration personnel by eliminating the need to transport individual hand held test measures after each test. Allows the test of multiple fuel dispensing units in a fraction of the time.
  • Increases the productivity of vehicles since the unit can be easily removed and reinstalled as needed, eliminating the need for a dedicated vehicle.
  • Enhances personnel safety and reduces the possibility of injury and fatigue by eliminating the need to carry and pour individual test measures heavy with fuel.
  • Significantly reduces the possibility of fuel spills.
  • Easily maneuvers around pumps and islands, particularly compared to trailer mounted alternatives.
  • Can create exciting new service opportunities for equipment installation and service firms.
